I am sooo loving this month's Paper Pumpkin kit, Bold Botanicals!
In the video below you can see everything included in the kit this month and how to create the projects as they were originally designed.
But, I always like to switch things up a bit :)
I like to tweak the designs and think of ways to stretch my kits to create even more cards.
To create this card, I used Very Vanilla cardstock from my stash to create the card base. I also used a piece of early espresso cardstock for layering, but all of the other materials I used to create this card were included in this month's Paper Pumpkin kit.
I just adore the stamp set from the kit this month! The flowers & leaves are so fun to color and they also look beautiful when simply stamped in a single ink color.
I used Calypso Coral & Mint Macaron Markers to color the stamped image on the kraft cardstock. The kraft cardstock really tones down the color of the markers so they worked quite well with the autumnal colors in this card.
In the video below I show you step by step how I created this card.

I am a member of the Creative Team for Megan Andersen's Pocket Your Year online memory keeping class hosted over on rukristin.com. It is a year long pocket scrapbooking course and every month has a different theme or topic. This month we are doing a challenge every day and it has ben a lot of fun!
Today's challenge is to think outside the pocket and use your Project Life products in a different way. I was all over this challenge and jumped at the chance to turn my Project Life cards into a Birthday Card!
I grabbed my Designer Tin of Cards stamp set and I chose a 4x6 and a 3x4 card from the Project Life by Good Vibes Collection.
I used a standard 4.25 x 5.5" Whisper White Card Base. I cut my larger card down to 4 x 5.25" and I cut the speech bubble card down to 3 x 3.5"
For ink, I used Emerald Envy & Night of Navy
The card looked a little to plain with stamping alone so I punched out some balloons and added a little baker's twine.
Super Cute & Super Simple!
In the video below, I show you step by step how to create this card along with some tips & tricks.
