The second Scraptastic Blog Challenge this month was a challenge to help you use up products in your stash. The challenge was to use items in threes.
For my layout I used 3 patterned papers, 3 photos, 3 wood veneer ornaments, 3 large dimensional ornament stickers and 3 small chipboard ornament stickers. I also grouped the ornaments in 3 groups of 3. I also used 3 die cuts clustered together for a title of sorts. The Believe die cut is cardstock, the Merry die cut is vellum and the Holly Jolly die cut is a sticker. They are all from the Scraptastic December 2013 Home For the Holidays Kit and so are the wood veneer ornaments. Everything else was in my stash.
I love these challenges!
I'm almost done with my 2010 12x12 Album!

There is a fun challenge on the Scraptastic Blog this month. You just pick a vertical, horizontal or diagonal line and complete a layout with the three requirements you chose.
For this layout I used wood veneers, 2 flair badges and die cuts to complete the challenge requirements. I kept this layout pretty simple and mostly used my December 2013 Home For the Holidays Scraptastic Kit. The Journal card and enamel dot are the only things I grabbed from my stash.
I have been loving these challenges! They really motivate me to scrap my old photos and try to catch up on my 12x12 albums. I have been much more focused on my current project life album recently and these challenges really inspire me to create more 12x12 pages. Stay tuned for more pages! I'm going to try to complete all the challenges this month.

Week 7 of my 2014 Project Life Album
This week's layout is almost all from my February Gossamer Blue Life Pages Kit. The Flair badge, enamel dot and the "so this is love" die cut are the only exceptions and they are from the January Gossamer Blue Life Pages Kit.
All of the cute little embellishments in the February Kit made these pages come together so quickly and easily! I'm loving these Gossamer Blue Kits! I have also been very tempted by the Studio Calico Kits. Has anyone tried them? Any Kit Club recommendations?
Week 6 of my 2014 Project Life
Just about everything I used on this page is from my February Gossamer Blue Life Pages Kit. The journaling card with the tag on it is from a Recollections Sn@p Pages Pad. I used some leftover bits from my January Gossamer Blue Life Pages Kit, too. The wooden 6, the enamel dots and the "family time" and "today was a very good day" die cuts are from the January Kit. Everything else was from the February Kit.
Everything I used on this page was from the February Kit except for the washi tape with the hearts. That was from my stash. I'm pretty sure it is Recollections from Michael's. It matched so well with everything from my kit this month!

Here we are in Week 5 of my Project Life Album!
Top Left: 4x6 card from the We R Memory Keepers Blackboard Kit. The calendar and the bingo card are cut from a Recollections Sn@p pages paper pad. The 5 is a die cut from the Gossamer Blue January Kit. In fact all of the die cuts on this page are from the January and February Gossamer Blue Life Pages Kits. All of the White stickers for the days of the week are from my original Project 365 Kit.
3x4 Cards Top to Bottom: The card is made from scrap paper and the photo was printed from my Zink Happy Printer, the middle 2 cards are from the Project Life Kraft Kit, and the bottom card was also made from scrap papers.
Top Left: 4x6 card from the We R Memory Keepers Blackboard Kit.
3x4 Cards Left to Right: The first 3 are all from the February Gossamer Blue Life Pages Kit and the one on the right is a folded journaling card from the Project Life Blush Kit.
All of the die cuts on this page are from the February Gossamer Blue Life Pages Kit. The enamel dots are from January's GB LP Kit. The washi tape is all from my stash.
I think I'm starting to develop a a system with my Project life album so it doesn't feel so confusing or overwhelming when I'm behind. What I really need it a photo printer so I can print at home! I may go shopping for one this week :)

The Dramatic Collection
February 2014 Boho Glam Maven Box
I love that we got to choose which eye sheen we got this month and I chose the Pale Nude Shimmer. I wear nudes a lot so it was an easy choice for me. I was surprised by how liquid the formula was but dried down quickly after application. It had good staying power and didn't crease on me at all. I also really liked that it has a nice sheen but it is not glittery at all.
Everyone received Love as a free polish this month for Valentine's Day. I have not worn this one yet, so sorry, no swatches yet.
The 2 Boho Glam polishes this month are...
Rooney - walnut bark creme
Cameron - silver lilac stardust (textured matte glitter)
I used 2 coats of each polish, but you can still see some sheer areas of Rooney in the photo above. Should have used 3 coats there. Cameron was perfect with 2 coats, though. It was almost a one coater. I love Cameron and I really like how it looks with Rooney, too. I wore this mani for a long time!
