Alphabet Challenge: M is for Magnetized by L.A. Girl Magnetic Polish - Swatches and Review
Woohoo! Another polish that works for Magnetic Monday and The Alphabet Challenge :)
This is 2 coats of L.A. Girl's Magnetized that is part of their newly released Magnetic line. I got this polish at Rite Aid for $3.99 making it the least expensive magnetic polish I have seen.
I have been loving L.A. Girl polishes recently. They are inexpensive and for the price, the color range and quality can't be beat. So naturally, I was so excited to try their new magnetic polishes. When I saw the display, I picked up three. There are 8 colors in this collection and they all have different magnet patterns. You can see them all at Cherry Culture where they are on sale now for $5 each.
I love the color of this polish, but I was not impressed with the magnet. It is small and difficult to hold. The magnetic effect on my nail was weak, but I'm not sure if that is the magnet or the polish. I did not have time to play around with magnets from other brands to find out. I was also disappointed that the magnet only created 2 circles. The pattern on the magnet shows more, which you can see below.
I definitely want to play around with this one more. Maybe the magnetic effect will be stronger with a magnet from another brand. All in all, I am happy with this purchase because I really do love the color and the gold flecks. It looks beautiful even without the magnetic effect.
Have you tried any of the L.A. Girl Magnetics?
